Tom Bennett, Project Manager
Tom has worked for TWG / Timekey for 15 years, focused on management of window retrofit projects. He has personally managed multi-million dollar retrofits for Purdue University, Iowa State University, and the University of Texas, in addition to other projects for countless other clients. Tom is intimately familiar with the management demands of working in delicate environments, and demanding clients.
Keith Knight, Project Manager
Keith has worked at all levels of the construction business for 15 years. He has worked for TWG and Timekey since 2015 as a carpenter, glazier, Superintendent, and Project Manager. He has run $1m+ window retrofit projects in the field and the office. Keith graduated from Warrensburg High School and claims, “I’m married…I have no spare time,” tearing him away from his woodworking hobbies.
Jim Bennett, Quality Control
Jim has worked at all levels of the glazing industry from the manufacturer factory floor, to installer, salesman, estimator, and project manager. At Timekey, Jim oversees installation quality across all projects, and assists in production efficiency. Jim has a teenage daughter and son, so he will be forced to regain hobbies soon!
Nicholas Bax, Business Development
Nick came to Timekey after spending three summers working in the field as an intern while chasing his Construction Management degree at Kansas State University. Nick serves as a Sales Associate for Missouri and Kansas, leaning on his hard earned window retrofit experience in the field.
Jeremiah Fris, Superintendent
Jeremiah has worked in renovation for over 20 years. He has worked for TWG / Timekey for 10 years as a Superintendent, running many multi-million dollar glazing retrofit projects at power plants, Universities, occupied health care facilities and more. OSHA 30-hour, aerial lift, USACE fall protection, Lead Safe Renovator, and EFCO factory training certifications.
Robert Oliver, Superintendent
Over 30 years experience in renovation, and almost 20 years with TWG / Timekey as Superintendent. Robert has overseen some of our biggest window retrofit projects at active hospitals, Universities, schools, and more. OSHA 30-hour, aerial lift, USACE fall protection Lead Safe Renovator, and EFCO/Kawneer/Quaker factory training certifications.
Doug Kowalawycz, Superintendent
Over 30 years experience in renovation, and 7 with TWG / Timekey as a Superintendent. For the past three years, Doug has overseen glazing and door work within KC’s municipal courthouse and throughout KC City Hall. OSHA 10-hour, aerial lift, and Lead Safe Renovator certifications.
