Memorial Hall-State of Kansas
In 1911 the cornerstone was set by President Taft, and housed the State's historic preservation office upon completion. Memorial Hall currently houses the Secretary of State and Attorney General offices. The original bronze windows were recreated with new historic aluminum units, and outfitted with laser-cut grids to exactly match the starburst spindle patterns. Custom dies have been made to mimic the hand-hammered original trim work that were laid against the 100 year old marble that adorns the walls.
Iowa State University Wallace and Wilson Towers
Windows running down each side of these two residence towers were replaced during the summer break of 2017.

This unique building is jammed right between downtown Lawrence's 'Mass Street' and the Kansas River on a steep incline. All windows are being replaced from the building's interior, and re-trimmed.
Atchison County School
Windows were replaced across the entire school as part of a larger energy upgrade project, which included HVAC and electric. Timekey replaced 176 windows within weeks.
Helena, Arkansas Federal Courthouse Building
Windows were replaced on all sides of this federal building in downtown Helena - a small town a few hours south of Memphis. Work was bid, managed, and performed under federal rules and regulations. All workers were background checked, badged, and scheduled daily.
Mt. Pleasant Correction Center, Mt Pleasant, Iowa
Existing windows were abated and replaced with pre-glazed units, then isolated with new security screens at the building's interior. Workers were background checked, escorted daily, and had all tools under constant surveillance and inventory control. 468 windows and 300+ security screens were installed.
Olathe School District, Olathe, KS
At 4 different schools during summer break, Timekey replaced windows with pre-glazed units, and built stick-system entrances complete and coordinated electrified security hardware with School's staff.
Brewery Loft Apartments, Hastings, Nebraska

This historic old brewery in Hastings was transformed from bricked-in cold storage to a high-end luxury apartment. A classic project that where historical integrity mattered.
Cole County Courthouse, Jefferson City, Missouri
All windows were replaced on this historic court, and adjacent annex building in the Summer/Fall of 2016. At the courthouse, pre-glazed windows were used included
geometric arch tops. On the annex, 4-story curtainwall was used, also requiring geometric arches.
University of Kansas Jayhawk Dormitory
Replacement of all 226 windows in this 7-story apartment tower for student-athletes on campus. The building was occupied during construction demanding scheduling communication and efficiency.
KC City Market
374 historic windows were replaced in this Kansas City landmark. Facility admin offices received historic aluminum clad wood replacements with three colors on each. Occupied tenant spaces received historic alum replacements. On 5th Street, entries were replaced with historic profiled storefront.
